Our Team

Our UK-based team is made up of experienced educators and education consultants with many years of teaching experience in international and UK school settings. Team members have worked across early years and primary education, with first-hand understanding of British classroom practice and school culture.

All UK team members hold up-to-date Safeguarding and Child Protection training certificates and recognised English language teaching qualifications. This ensures our work is informed by professional standards, child protection responsibilities, and best practice within British education environments.

Being based in the UK allows our team to maintain close connections with schools and provide realistic, well-informed guidance to families.

Our China-based team has first-hand UK study experience and a strong understanding of British education and culture. All team members hold Safeguarding, First Aid, and TEFL certifications. Working alongside experienced foreign teachers, the team supports students’ English development and prepares them for UK school placements and summer programmes. 

By working across both locations, our team is able to support families thoughtfully and efficiently, combining educational insight, cultural understanding, and clear communication at every stage of the journey.
